Detailed classification and precautions for use of water treatment chemicals

Water treatment agents are essential chemicals in the treatment process of industrial water, domestic water, and wastewater. By using these chemicals, water can meet the necessary quality requirements. Its primary effect is to control the composition of scale and sludge, reduce foam, reduce data erosion in contact with water, remove suspended solids and toxic substances in water, deodorize and decolorize, and soften water quality. Currently, due to the rapid increase in water consumption in various countries around the world, various environmental laws (water purification laws) have been formulated one after another, and the requirements are becoming increasingly strict, so there is a rapid increase in the use of various efficient water treatment chemicals. In China, the contradiction with the increasingly serious water capital crisis is that the production capacity of water treatment chemicals is very low and the quality cannot be guaranteed. Characteristics of new water treatment agents:

1. The reaction speed is fast, and it only takes half an hour to several hours to treat ordinary industrial wastewater.

2. The scope of action on organic pollutants is wide, and it has good degradation effects on difficult to remove and degrade organic substances.

3. The process is simple, with low investment, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance, ideal treatment effect, and less consumption of micro electrolytic reactants during treatment.

4. After micro electrolysis treatment, wastewater will form original ferrous or iron ions in the water, which has better coagulation effect than ordinary coagulants. There is no need to add coagulants such as iron salts, and the COD removal rate is high, and it will not cause secondary pollution to the water.

Natural mineral wastewater treatment agent is a new type of product made from composite aluminum silicate non-metallic minerals as the main raw material and processed by special technology. It is fundamentally different from chemically synthesized water treatment agents. There are two types of states: slurry and powder. The property is slightly acidic, with a pH value of 3-4. Corrosion and scale inhibitor, as the name suggests, is a water treatment agent that alleviates scaling and corrosion of circulating water equipment such as boilers. This agent is composed of alkaline substances and organic compounds, and corrosion inhibitors are added to prevent corrosion of the heating surface. The alkaline substances in the medicament react with calcium and magnesium salts in the boiler through chemical reactions to form water slag. After sedimentation, they are discharged from the boiler through the sewage function, reducing the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in the water and preventing the formation of scale inside the boiler.


Cleaning agent

Cleaning agent is a volatile solvent that can dissolve penetrant and is used to remove excess penetrant from the surface of the inspected workpiece. Some cleaning agents are specially designed to remove metal hydroxide, calcium carbonate and other similar scales attached to the surface of polyamide, polysulfone and membrane components. Before using the cleaning agent, check the cleaning tank, pipeline, and security filter, as well as install a new filter element.


Fungicide

A fungicide, its effect can be seen by its name. Fungicides are mainly a type of agent used to eliminate harmful bacteria such as bacteria and microorganisms. Internationally, it is commonly referred to as a general term for drugs used to control various pathogenic microorganisms. Fungicides do not pose any potential risks to the system due to drugs such as bromine, iodine, peroxide, or peracetic acid.
