DDBAC/BKC is one of the Quaternary ammonium class of Cationic surfactants, belonging to nonoxidizing biocide. It is widely used as a disinfectant in the Hospital, Livestock and Personal Hygiene sectors.
Isothiazolinones (CMIT/MIT) is composed of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (CMI) and 2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (MI). The bactericidal effect of Isothiazolinones (CMIT/MIT) is carried out through breaking the bond between bacteria and algae protein.
SDIC can be used as algae disinfector in circulating cool water system and swimming pool. When used in circulating cool water system, the dosage of 15-20ppm every 2-3 days in summer is preferred, in spring and autumn, every 3-5 days and in winter every 5-7 days.
